NEW WATERFORD, N.S. — Driving up Eighth Street, it may seem like a normal area of New Waterford. 

Homes are lined up on both sides of the street while what seems like endless stop signs stand at each intersection from Plummer Avenue to Warren Avenue.

Although nothing looks out of the ordinary, it isn’t until you cross the railroad tracks just past Duggan Avenue where you’re greeted with a masterpiece considered to be the sports hub of the community. Read more…
