Workers continue to plug away at building the new Nova Scotia Community College Marconi Campus on the Esplanade. The vision of the relocation project, being built at an estimated cost of $170 million, is to create a campus with a dynamic learning environment that will attract students from across the province. It will have a modern design, open spaces, state-of-the-art technology, a pedway and will contribute to the revitalization of downtown Sydney.
