Construction is underway on the 305,000 square foot Sydney Waterfront Campus in downtown Sydney, Cape Breton. Set to open in September 2024, this new campus will relocate our existing Marconi Campus to the Sydney Waterfront.
Located along The Esplanade (an outdoor, oceanside, walkable area) at the foot of Falmouth Street, our newest campus will be a focal point for the city’s waterfront. The campus will include 4 buildings connected by a series of pedways, built with sustainability, accessibility and inclusion top of mind.
Expect a welcoming space to meet the diverse needs of learners and the community, including expanded programming, new technologies, new features and enhanced spaces.
