Budden, who was Canada’s first female Red Seal ironworker, has been running the organization’s Sydney office since it opened earlier this summer. However, this week may just be Budden’s busiest thus far as she has also hosted, in conjunction with the Cape Breton Building and Construction Trades Council, a networking breakfast for area contractors.
